• Registration and payment: Registration for any course is confirmed only upon completion of the payment process. Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments (at our headquarters). All payments must be made in US dollars.

• Confirmation: Once payment is made, the student will receive an email confirming their registration and course details within 24 to 48 hours.

• Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the course: 80% refund.

  • Cancellations between 3 and 6 days before the start: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

• Transfer of place: The student may transfer their place to another person by notifying at least 48 hours in advance in writing to the official email.

• Date or format changes: Belisimoda Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a new date or equivalent format will be offered.

• Invoice and receipts: Every purchase includes a digital invoice. If you need an invoice with specific information (such as company details), you must request it at the time of payment.
