The Belisimoda Academy Allied Salons Program is an initiative designed to integrate licensed salons into a formal Registered Apprenticeship model in the state of Indiana.

Through this alliance, the salons become structured spaces for supervised learning, actively contributing to the professionalization and formalization of talent in the beauty industry.

We handle all the administrative work. Timekeeping, compliance with state regulations, curriculum delivery, and completion documentation— that's our job, not yours.

 

Every teacher learned from someone. By taking on apprentices, you pass on your skills and strengthen the profession. Many establishments that take on apprentices hire them once they complete their training.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid and active barber's license in Indiana.

  • Hire at least one licensed barber capable of supervising apprentices.

  • Maintain a safe and professional training environment.

  • Agree to verify the learner's attendance and progress.

  • Follow the program guidelines and documentation requirements.
